At Cristalina Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and sanitary strips are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
